I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube, especially because of Brandon and his team! They worked on my Volkswagen for my mom and did an amazing job fixing everything that was wrong with it. Brandon even took the time to point out a couple of other things I didn’t realize needed attention and encouraged me to get them taken care of before they became bigger problems. What really stood out to me was Brandon’s personality. He was friendly, upbeat, helpful, and genuinely made the whole place feel happier! You can tell he really cares about his customers and his team. I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family to check out Jiffy Lube and ask for Brandon and his team. Thank you guys for taking such good care of us and my Volkswagen! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pulled in and had them change the oil- they did it in a timely manner and quickly checked all filters and asked me (I agreed) with their recommendation’s and got me on my way- They did everything with a smile and the cost was very reasonable. Thanks guys!

I went early and got right in for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn't catch the name of the service representative, but he came to me to show me my cabin and engine air filters. They were filthy, I had them replaced. I found this Jiffy Lube to be clean and the workers are thorough in their automotive assessments. My truck runs so much smoother now. Thank you Jiffy Lube

Although they actually did change the oil, as far as I can tell, what was annoying is that I was told that a coupon would be honored, but it wasn't. In addition, there were a number of upselling maneuvers, including recommending to change the windshield wipers, air filter, turn signal bulbs, etc. The bill was way more than twice what I usually pay my mechanic for an oil change. The only advantage is getting an oil change right away in less than 15 minutes. I do not recommend, unless you are firm on the price, the discount coupon is applied, and making it clear that you only want your oil changed, not being harassed for other parts, services.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and due to the shop’s improper reinstallation of the undercarriage shield after the service, it came loose while I was driving on the interstate, creating a serious safety hazard. In addition, they failed to reset the oil change notification in my vehicle’s system even after we reminded them. When we returned to the shop to have it fixed, my husband waited over an hour while staff gave excuses before admitting the clips were not secured correctly. Mistakes happen, but the safety risk and poor handling afterward were very disappointing. I unfortunately cannot recommend this shop due to a significant safety concerns.
